These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hooked Seafood Bistro & Grill website and services. By placing an order, booking, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Hooked Seafood Bistro & Grill is a restaurant located at 24½ Caledonia Road, Mandeville, Jamaica. We operate an online ordering system at hookedseafoodbistro.com.
2. Online Ordering
- Orders placed online are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if an item is unavailable.
- All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at time of order is the price charged.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
3. Payment
- We accept payment via bank transfer (NCB), cash on pickup, and gift cards.
- Bank transfer payments must include your order reference number.
- Payment proof must be sent to us via WhatsApp at 876-860-0927 to confirm your order.
- Orders are not prepared until payment is confirmed by our team.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incorrect payment.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the confirmed ready time.
- Delivery availability and fees may vary. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery is available to selected areas only. We will contact you if delivery to your address is unavailable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement if food preparation has not begun.
- Once preparation has started, cancellations are at our discretion.
- Refunds for paid orders that are cancelled by us will be issued as a credit or bank transfer within 5 business days.
- We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer changes their mind after preparation has begun.
- If your order is incorrect or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 1 hour of collection/delivery at 876-860-0927.
6. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for use on food and drink orders only.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift card codes are the responsibility of the holder. We cannot replace lost codes.
- Gift card balances do not expire unless otherwise stated.
- Gift cards are non-transferable once purchased.
7. Menu & Availability
- Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Some items may not be available on certain days depending on stock and seasonality.
- Allergen information is available upon request. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
- We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is owned by Hooked Seafood Bistro & Grill or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooked Seafood Bistro & Grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
